One year out polls are even sketchier than normal, but it seems a solidly enough done poll for what it is.
Some stand out results here are just the huge size of the gender gap and how it is shifting the various racial/ethnic results and that it seems a generic Democrat beats Trump handily, which means this may be driven mostly by the "I want a perfect candidate that makes me happy, not a real person" sentiment that often kicks in.

While I don't put a huge amount of weight into polls so far out, I think it is important to remember a few things:
Republicans get smacked last night in several elections. Kentucky re-elected a Dem governor, Ohio voted to keep abortion legal, Virgina saw the Dems flip the house and keep their senate majority, while Pennsylvania put a Dem in their supreme court. It looks like most pro-MAGA Repubs lost last night. So, what does this mean? It could be another instance where the "Red Tide" sputters in the end. And, let's not forget that Trump still faces a lot of legal jeopardy. He might whine and cry about it, but he's facing the consequences of his actions. Now, I think he's probably guilty....but I'm not on the jury. So...he could be acquitted....or face a length jail term even before election day. And, while I think a huge number of the MAGA cult would vote for him any way...I'm not sure about independents who may not be thrilled with Biden, but cannot stomach another Trump term in office.

I think these fake polls are the same thing that coaches do with over confident teams that keep winning
