What lessons? This is why there are trials and if the evidence proves their innocence they can move on. I will say if one is proven innocent his career and life should be made whole again.

Most people who believe in conspiracy theories describe themselves as brighter and more perceptive than others.
That's how conspiracy theories work. The people who believe them preen on the idea that they're the only ones smart enough to perceive the "truth".
I think he's probably guilty because there are 5 accusers and several reports that he's an asshole and an egotist in his day-to-day life. It's hard to choreograph 5 accusers. It happened with the Jian Ghomeshi case. But normally 5 accusers suggests strongly that the target of the accusations did indeed transgress at at least 5 times.
