How Does Terb Avoid the Law?

I am thinking of starting an online business that is not in the Adult Entertainment Industry but is not ideal for Canada because of red tape.

I understand that Terb has avoided Canada's prostitution laws somehow.

I believe that they are hosting their website in another country.

How does someone go about doing that and where do they do their accounting?

TERB is not advertising my services. I am. They are the forum for which I advertise.

Now agencies advertising here is an illegal but TERB is not responsible for what people post.

Police have more things to worry about than Terb. Their real concern is human trafficking. It seems most girls at these agencies have choice as they move around so much.

Correct. However, it is not an illegal business, just a business that is difficult to run in Canada. I was wondering if it could be run in the USA.

I agree with you. My post was only in response to this part of his statement I quoted: " It is illegal to advertise sex work" - Terb's Bill C-36 sub forum has a lot of correct insights that contradict this understanding.

The only way that TERB becomes illegal is if The Conservatives come back into power and Peter McKay is nominated to be The Justice Minister.
