Grade inflation is becoming more & more of a thing but still difficult to do. Yup, kudos.I always have to question when anyone receives 100% grade. But kudos to them for being cream of the crop.

I don't know why. Please tell me why or link to a site thanks.It's well documented. That's why Waterloo Engineering has ranking for High Schools and decrement grades by the appropriate amount.
I'm really surprised that hasn't been a Canadian SAT developed...or just use the real SAT.

I was in Quebec but I would be the equivalent of an Ontario scholar. My average adjusted for inflation would be 120%. LOL.In my high school graduating class we had about 160 students. Maybe 25 of them were Ontario Scholars (>80% average in 6 OAC's). Only 2 had a greater than 95% average - the top being 97.3%.
