Jamie Fox is one of the best character actors currently working, I'm not going to speulate what brought him low.

Not sure why Netflix didn't give They Cloned Tyrone a theater run, sci-fi comedies are rare. John Boyega has said no to future Star Wars projects.

Yea John said no not only because they butchered his character and changed it from what originally was intended but also the strict demands under the contract. Apparently you can only do certain type of movies because they (Disney) thinks that can ruin the image of the star wars brand.

Boyega is better off without that shit-hole franchise. Once Disney went against Rian Johnson original vision for The Last Jedi, they not only cast Finn aside, they created two dead end films. Mind you Daisy Ridley isn't exactly a master thespian.

At least Boyega doesn't hold a grudge against Kiefer Sutherland for lobbying to get him in Star Wars. He's also in They Cloned Tyrone. Boyega played the framed Corporal John Tanner, his imminent court marshal sets 24:Live Another Day in motion.
