Who is this supposed to fool? Rebel covers Canadian politics at all levels, from Parliament all the way down to school boards, and criticizes conservative politicians and governments (certainly here in Ontario and in Alberta).

Trudeau gets the most criticism simply because he does the most heinous and autocratic things.

p.s. I see you still have your signature which desecrates both the Canadian and Ukrainian flags. I wonder if Putin is also manufacturing "mashup" flags for the Crimea and Donbass?
The Rebel is the most biased extreme right wing media. They are very critical of the Liberals whether Trudeau is the PM or not. Whoever, became the PM and is a Liberal would have their character tainted by Ezra's fake news. I already pointed out some of the hideous allegations by him that even The Sun had to apologize for it. No wonder that in the end they had to get rid of him. You obviously do not know the meaning of "autocratic" as our Liberal Government is far from that. In fact Harper wa s the autocratic one, and if he won the 2015 Elections, this Board would have considered to be illegal with how they wanted to suppress the Sex Industry!!

This flag is a Proud symbol of how Canada stands with Ukraine. You obviously side with the ones that attack the Ukrainians who are the victims of the Russian Occupation and Destruction of their infrastructure and lives!!

But Canada doesn't stand with Ukraine. We're not at war with Russia, and Ukraine is not a NATO member. I think you mean that Canada stands against Russia, but that would require a different looking flag.

Except that we are supporting Ukraine by giving them training and military hardware/ammo...

As for Rebel...I know a number of people who work(ed) there. Some are just there to get a pay cheque. Others are batshit crazy. Ezra constantly spins things that are basically tempests in teapots. He tries to rile his base by spreading lies, and uses every opportunity to grift them by having some sort of fundraiser. I know he's sued people for alleging that all the money didn't go to the cause...but as far as I'm aware, he's never produced receipts.

Then you look at his cast of characters. David Mendes, the Menzoid? He's a publicity stunt machine. His "hard hitting reporting" is sort of like political commentary from your drunk uncle who thinks he's hilarious. Look at the people who worked there and then peace'd out? Brian Lilley, John Robson, Barbara Kay....

Rebel wants so desperately to be like the Blaze or Breitbart. They work like this: find a story that will anger its base, regardless of how insignificant it is, and make it seem like the world is ending. I saw yesterday they published a letter from the CBC to Twitter asking the platform to remove some tweets with genuine hate speech directed at the corp. Ezra and pals are calling it censorship. Actually, what it was was asking Twitter to follow their rules of service. And of course Ezra wants to frame it as the Canadian government. That ain't the case at all...But keep trying....

Wonder why we have rallies of "Stand with Ukraine"?

Where did I state that Ukraine is a "NATO Member"?
You have to try and comprehend what standing with a Nation means or used as an analogy. Well, currently the only use of a Russian flag is to walk or piss on it!!

It must be comforting to know you're no more confused than some others. Personally, I prefer to be unconfused.

To offer what help I can - you're not actually "standing with Ukraine" unless you are prepared to defend Ukraine with your own military forces. I think the rallies you reference are organized by people who wish that was so, but it isn't actually so. Naturally, no one at these rallies actually wants to dodge bullets for a country that is only marginally less corrupt than Russia.

The proof that you don't understand Rebel is in the level of popularity of their programs/videos. You think that their stories are about trivia, but literally millions disagree. However, it's ordinary people that have the ability to ultimately decide what is newsworthy, not the Central Scrutinizer.

As to the "inside baseball" doings of a media company, I could match every story about Rebel with 10 from the mainstream. That stuff doesn't matter to the relevance of a news organization.

Lastly, your dismissal of Menzies seems silly to anyone who follows his work. He's actually pretty smart, and is always making a good point. The rest is all style. You might have missed out on some good insights from your Uncle when you were ignoring him because you didn't think he was funny!

You are confused when you equate standing with Ukraine means having your troops battle alongside the Ukrainians. That is only a part of it. You can stand with them by providing them with the resources to battle the Russians and they have done so valiantly. This so called Putin Special Mission was supposed to be over in days, but when NATO and other Nations closely aligned with Ukraine did provide them with the resources, then it is no wonder why that war is still raging for over a year.

You are hilarious. Why are these people globally demonstrating in favour of Ukraine vs Russia, if they want to dodge the bullets? No one is holding a gun against their head to do so!!

Your sophisticated understanding of advertising campaigns is not showing. "Branding", as you call it, is for the purpose of sales, and its effectiveness is measured by sales, and sales alone. And you claim Carlson's show didn't make money? Why do you think Fox kept him on the air when he had fallen out of step with their politics for so long? You're no advertising insider, that's for sure.
LOL, you are one lost soul. Man, I'd love to look through the glasses you use to see the world. They probably are better than any hallucinogenic drug available on the black market.

Here are some facts if you wish to read but please, take of the glasses and maybe it will stick

Millions.....smh....dude....They don't have anywhere near that many people watching them. I totally understand what Rebel is about. Believe me. I know how they work. But honestly, they pick something they hope will outrage their viewers/subscribers, and pound it into the sand.

As for Menzoid....Have you ever spoken with him? lol

I guess you have the secret "real" internet numbers for Rebels views and subscriptions (not to mention the views they get when picked up or interviewed by other outlets like Fox). LOL!

I've never met Menzies in person. Why would I need to? We were talking about his work, which is on the internet for all to see (he also has done quite a bit of Canadian radio on panels or as a guest). I have, however, met a number of reporters for other media outlets. Most of them are pretty dim (as well as corrupt and disingenuous) by comparison.

Menzies lives in a cookie-cutter home in Richmond Hill. You should go and bring him a box of Tim's Smile cookies and perhaps he'd autograph your Donald Trump Autobiography. I would have said Menzies autobiography but I don't believe you will find a publication so use your DJT one.

At the same time, I'll try, and get Chris Sky's autograph, as well......LMAO
