The major crime factors in the US is the abundance of street drugs, guns and the flawed perception that fear of punishment will deter crime rather than rehabilitation.
The major factor is bad labor laws, bad social services, bad employer policies, bad healthcare access(#1 reason for bankruptcies), bad banking laws, bad(corrupt) govt at all levels and BOTH PARTIES. All these contrubute to a me first, fuck them attitude that RESULTS in your post.

Street crime is a symptom of poverty. White Collar crime is a cause of it.

We knew that was coming.
Like I said, this is going to be used as an attack on trans folk to "protect the good innocent Christians" for years, maybe decades.
Well in this case they will probably be right. It suits their narrative

They are.
Why do you think the Federal Society exists?
Why did McConnell make up rules as he wanted when he had the power to block or rush through appointments?

It took FAR too long for the Democrats to understand that "seize the Court because it is a counter-majoritarian power center" was an active tactic of the Conservative movement.

Without some way to de-escalate, those days of judges getting wide bi-partisan support are long gone.

I'd like to think we won't get to the point of political assassination of supreme court justices, but I can't rule it out in the future.
The left have been in the business of dominating US court appointments since at least the 1960s. They realized that the courts offered opportunities for legal reforms that they were never going to achieve legislatively. Their efforts stopped short of SCOTUS only because of the Senate approval process. Because the Presidency and the Senate are often in the hands of opposite parties, SCOTUS is the MOST politically BALANCED court in the US.

There is no solution to the problem that the courts are influenced by politics BECAUSE LAW IS POLITICS! It always was. It always will be. The original courts merely presided in place of the King or the local nobles. They were never intended to be independent of politics. They were only intended as a dispute resolution mechanism that might result in less bloodshed (which even monarchs realized was disruptive to the economy, at least if it were to be widespread). Don't ask a system to do any more than it was designed to do.

Foxnews has been saying over and over for years that gun law does not prevent gun violence. Although it has been proven in the UK, New Zealand, Australia that it fucking does.

Current fox headline is: 'Christian school massacre suspect identified as transgender, police found maps, manifesto'

Ho men a transgender!! Finally a dangerous trans! Fox will finally be able to focus on someone else then Bidden's laptop!!! I heard Fucker Carlson went to the bathroom to relieve himself of his erection hearing this :ROFLMAO:
All the gun control in the world won't prevent the gun violence in the US. You cannot equate them with the UK or New Zealand or Australia. Its a completely different culture. Plus those countries don't share a 2,000 mile border with a violent country.
By the way there is gun control in the United States. Some states (California, Illinois, New York) have stricter gun laws than Canada does.

You mean a border with Canada? I assume you are intelligent enough not to use as an argument that the US needs gun to defend themselves against Mexican do you?

There have been over 1000 mass shootings in the last couple of years.
Did you call for treatment to the other 997?
Maybe 10k or a 100k, maybe even a million.

US guns supporting the Mexican Cartels. They buy them in USA then smuggle them down to Mexico.
