WTF???? Can I have that brand of glue you are sniffing? Sounds like you are tripping balls....

I said that I don't care, and you accuse me of taking a side. Maybe read my comments instead of being a dick.....deal???
Ohhh, I apologize. I should have followed your initial command to "Fuck off!!!" (Did I get that correct? I think there was three exclamation points.)

If you don't want to be harshly criticized in return, you might want to try to follow some decorum.

Weird. You didn't criticize me harshly at all. You made a stupid assumption about me. I had to correct that. Please try to keep up, OK?

There is no way you can ever hurt me, dude! Don't flatter yourself....

Nothing has been stopping you from dispelling my assumption that you are a partisan hothead. So maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps you are just a hothead.

I think this was an good post. This guy seems like he should be heard.

I believe CNN and MSNBC have tried to dismiss him as a Trump ally.

You would think if CNN and MSNBC were presenting objective news they would interview Costello. I don't think they have interviewed him. Instead, they interviewed Stormy Daniels attorney Michael Avenatti 108 times over a two month period in 2018.

The payments were traced to Hunter, his sister in law, his uncle Jimmy. That's all there is right now. Oh, yeah- it came from China.
So in other words… all legal.

You are going on and on but where have I said 1) that he will be charged and 2) that he would be found guilty? Show me, where I said this.

I said, Butterball claimed he will be charged and I said I hope he was right. That doesn't mean he will or that I believe it will stick, so again, you want me to explain how the case would go down from a prosecution POV when I haven't given you an opinion on charges let alone, I've never claimed to be a lawyer, now have I?
Sorry, I was confused by your contradictory responses to me and your general proclivity for hitting (y)for anything arguing for an arrest.

I don't have to dispel anything. Your assumptions about me are shit.....

Proving myself to you is like trying to prove myself to a scorpion. I'll get stung either way....so, I won't bother.....

c'mon poker you're clearly smarter than this post. The whole Republican Presidents bad, Democratic Presidents good is silly stuff.

At the risk of being didactic here, let me correct or challenge a few of your assumptions.

1) President's don't print money. President Nixon could not even spend money without the help of the Democratic-controlled Congress.
2) Nixon was elected in 1968 and reelected in 1972. He resigned in 1974. Carter won a close election against Nixon's successor in 1976.
3) Almost every American economics professor teaches the catalyst for the U.S. eliminating the gold standard was the simultaneous spending on the Vietnam War and the expansion of social spending started under Johnson. The ensuing and related trade deficits and the Europeans unwillingness to hold Dollars were the final straw.
4) To really criticize going off the gold standard, one would have to provide a fairly rigorous and thoughtful economic argument defending the gold standard.

Let's not get into this all too convenient revisionist history.
Points granted on #2.

As I understand it… France had a lot to
with the dropping of the Gold Standard. They were getting a trade surplus in US dollars, and instead of spending it on goods… they were trading it back to the US for Gold. President Charles DeGaulle.

Your points about Vietnam, most likely 100% accurate.

as for the money Printing…. Once the Gold Standard ended… it was off to the races. Here is the M3 money supply supply chart. I’m not going to split hairs over Congress plus Nixon

And no… I am not a this side good, that side bad person. The best President the US has had in the last 50 years was Bush Sr. After that it’s been a parade of idiots. Where I take exception is right wing media has gone mental… and the perpetuation of false narratives and lies. It’s no longer just “we disagree”…. Now it’s “I’m right, and your a pedophile!”. The left has issues too… but it’s not the same league.

Do you really think we believe a single word of what Trump says?

Fuck dude the guy once infested a building he owns to get tenants out. The guy openly cheats at golf on every hole.

Only wackos believes his shit.

I would not buy a used toaster from Trump.
But but but...Trump toasters are the BEST! He said so himself!

My Trump toaster doesn't cook bread of any kind, but according to him, it was never meant to. I failed to read the contract.....

When they raided Mar a lago for secret documents and made a big deal out of it for days and then suddenly there were confidential documents found at Biden's, house, his lawyers house and everyone else.
I hope the trend follows, they arrest Trump and then Biden and Pelosi get arrested for the far bigger crimes they have been committing.
Seeing as you don't have facts on your side, hope is all you've got.

I don't think anyone's interviewed Avenatti for 5 years to so, except re his reaction to being himself jailed.

The fact is that Cohen's a liar, Trump's a liar and Costello appears to have little loyalty to a former client and may well be stepping across a number of ethical fault lines by chitty-chatting about former clients to liar Tucker Carlson. They're ALL liars and shitbags. Trump attracts liars and shitbags. It's what he does.

But if the GOP and Fox get to talk about Hunter Biden and Benghazi for year after year and then do fuck all about any of that, there's nothing to say that the NY DA's office can't do the same shit right back to Trump. And Trump seems to enjoy it more than anyone. It gets him drama and attention and he wallows in that like a fat orange hippo wallows in mud.

I would stick to visions of sugar-plums dancing.
I think the Trump stuff is funnier. And whether Daddy is arrested or not, I can still treasure memories of cokehead Junior ranting about the issue and blaming the "extremist commie Dems".

No, I don't think they were accurate. On top of that there was election fraud in 2020, with all those controversial mail in ballots. Hopefully, no more mail in ballots in the 2024 election!!
You forgot to add:

"I see dead people. Dead people voting for Biden all the time. Sometimes they don't even know they're dead."

Your points are all fine and I'm mostly in agreement. In a world with 24/7 news and social media, politics is a form of infotainment. Information packaged in the most titillating manner for entertainment value. Many here get confused and are convinced their news diet is healthy and unadulterated. Certainly, Trump is a product of this modern phenomenon.

Getting back to your post, I don't think it addresses my basic point that CNN and MSNBC are very biased. A point that some seem to habitually try to dismiss. I know Avenatti was on the networks five years ago. He was oddly on 108 times in two months, but strangely CNN and MSNBC have no interest in speaking with Costello now that this Stormy Daniels case won't die a peaceful death.

Fox News did have Avenatti on for a longer interview. Now I know Tucker Carlson challenged him aggressively, but Avenatti had plenty of air time. Earlier in 2018, Avenatti canceled an interview with Fox news anchor Martha MacCallum. He actually said Fox didn't want to interview him. So whether one likes Fox News or not, they don't seem to have a problem having people on with differing points of view.

Perhaps I don't remember any of your histrionics in the past and a pattern of getting lost in the thread and your own words.
What? You guys had a stroke when Clinton got a blowjob!!! Fuck off!!!

This is the reason why I don't watch or listen to this shit anymore.....

Pure Shit.....
Do you remember this post in response to me? Not only are you assuming what I think, you are assuming you know what I thought in 1998. Even if you could really read people's minds, I don't think you have a time machine.
