I thought Putin said Ukraine was part of Russia and that Russians were being harmed hence the invasion. And Ukraine gave up its nukes in exchange for peace w Russia. Did they take back their nukes? Oh, and no nato troops in Ukraine.
Maybe I missed something.
He didn't say Ukraine was a part of Russia. That was the spin the propaganda doctors put on it. He said Ukrainians and Russians are one people as in brothers. It is true. Except for the last 30 years they have always been one people and infact one country. For like the last 500 years.

That was later along with Biolabs, Nazis, satanism, nuclear weapons development, Ukraine about to invade Russia, the best one might be that Russia invaded Ukraine because its was concerned about Minsk agreements being ignored, as reported by Russian news agencies quoting Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying.
They lied regarding the Minks agreements.

Ukraine has been trying to join NATO for the last 15 years. It is reasonable to expect that Russia would treat Ukraine as an immediate threat and preempt and not rely on a stalemate that was getting nowhere.
I been trying for an invite to the Playboy mansion for 15 years doesn't mean I will ever get in.
Actually Ukraine had been trying to get into NATO since 1994 but because of corruption concerns they were told to clean up their act, all that went by the wayside in 2014.
Yet again, it was stated Ukraine would never join NATO as long as Russian troops were occupying its borders, Putin just had to maintain a military presence in Ukraine to keep them out of NATO.

I know articles don't matter, how about an article written by Putin himself on the subject released by the Kremlin?

Pay attention to this sentence " The Russian state incorporated the city of Kiev and the lands on the left bank of the Dnieper River, including Poltava region, Chernigov region, and Zaporozhye."

It wasn't stated. Stop the gish galloping. Even if it was, why would Putin have any reason to believe it after the intent behind the Minsk Agreements were revealed?
Yes it was, many times, I have posted it but you didn't read it.
If there were troops occupying a country that joined NATO, that country could then enact article 5 bringing all of NATO to its defense.
NATO didn't want to be put in this situation.

You have your narratives they have theirs. Doesnt mean much.

The actual reasons are because of the geopolitics of the region brought on my NATO expansion.

Ivermectin has actually showed some efficacy as an anti-viral in lab tests.
This is true.
It is why it was investigated as a possible COVID-19 treatment, despite the dosage numbers in those lab tests being far too high than would be useful in trying to treat a human.
Sadly, after lots of investigation, it - like many promising early leads - didn't pan out.

Unfortunately, since it had become politicized as part of the culture wars, it has diverted lots of effort and funds that could have been spent pursuing more promising treatments, because people were spreading bullshit about it. To be fair, I don't think Ivermectin ever caused as many problems as HCQ, which I think was a worse case of this same phenomenon, but it was still bad.

Yes of course Russia would never and has never attacked a NATO state. Whats new about it? Russia just did not want Ukraine to join NATO and have their hands tied.

What doctor would ever actually prescribe a bullshit drug like Ivermectin?!

Rogan obviously fabricated the story.
I don't believe that for an instant.
Ivermectin in human prescription form is quite safe, and a celebrity like Rogan is very likely to have a doctor who is used to writing scripts for whatever Rogan wants as long as he doesn't think it is going to do severe damage to Rogan.

So it seems very plausible to me that Rogan got a prescription for human-formulated ivermectin and took it.
His doctor probably figured that was better than letting Rogan wander off and try and get some veterinarian to give him some and do something stupid.

Not quite sure of your point here.
Is it that Russia did not want Ukraine to join NATO to help defend themselves from attack so they attacked them before they could join NATO and have defense from an attack?

Would you like to borrow my brick which i use to throw at the cement wall to listen for the thud. It's very theraputic when engaged in trying to put a square peg into a round hole. ;)
The thud you are hearing is the brick bouncing off of your head. Its scrambling your brain and you are imagining the wall :ROFLMAO:
