UBEThe forgotten ones in Ukraine, this woman rescues, rehabilitates and fosters dogs.
This one was sweet.
Another great transformation
Max's transformation will melt your heart.
And Max's -from above- new friend.
Get some tissues.
Funny you mention it a friend of mine emailed them because she wants to adopt a couple of dogs she saw in one of their videos.I am looking to adopt a dog since mine passed away. Wonder if
I can arrange to have one saved in Ukraine to be sent here. I hope
there are enough good-heart locals and neighbors who rescue them
all.
I signed up for Patreon to support her, haven't followed through the process myself to subscribe to the monthly program. Olena and her crew of friends are a great group of people.I have been following her (her name is Olena) on Youtube for quite some time, along with contributing to her Patreon. She and her associates go into the war zone to rescue dogs abandoned. One really gets to see the damage caused by the Russians.

Nice, thanks, bookmarked. Amazing that people with so little do as much as they can considering what they're going through. This is an IG page that I follow based on "Bambuk" (= Bamboo), a dog in Kiev whose owner provides support and supplies for both injured and homeless people and animals.

Marc Chang was in Toronto I think in 2016, my xgf met him. He went to China and filmed undercover footage at the markets in Yulin, at times you would think they were on to him and would have killed him.I know someone that adopted a dog that was destined to be stir fried in black bean sauce over rice. An animal rescue group here in the gta worked with a rescue group in Asia to bring over a plane load of K9s to be adopted here and not eaten.
Perhaps something similar can be done with shelter here, bringing in abandoned dogs from the Ukraine.
No longer possible due to the CFIA prohibiting rescue dogs from countries that are at a high risk for rabies. Ukraine is one of them.Perhaps something similar can be done with shelter here, bringing in abandoned dogs from the Ukraine.
As I noted in my previous reply, this is no longer possible.Perhaps something similar can be done with shelter here, bringing in abandoned dogs from the Ukraine.
You'd think so, but not really.Lots of amazing Dogs available for adoption here in GTA ….. Just saying

20+ Dogs @OntariospcaYou'd think so, but not really.

But getting a cheap dog isn't the point of 'rescuing' dogs from other areas were they would otherwise be street dogs or killed in a shelter. It's to try to help save one dog at a time.
