This document details criminal arrest and detention procedure in Romania. Yeah, those pre charge detentions are pretty long and nasty there. Maybe Mr Po-Taito Head should have chosen another country to fuck around in.
Exactly right or wrong, he chose to go there because he claimed it was corrupt and therefore he could get away with shit. Apparently not. He now has to suffer the consequences of his decisions.

I don’t need to imagine it because it happens in the West, actually right here.

US has that patriot act that gives them similar “corrupt” powers under the guise of National Security. I’m sure Canada has its own legal policy for holding suspected criminals without charging them. Remember last year the Canadian government froze citizens’ bank accounts without due process. Romania isn’t alone in the world of corrupt governments.
No. No common law country does, except in exceptional circumstances like possibly terrorism or national security.

That makes no sense. If a common law country allows it for exceptional circumstances, that means the common law country has a legal policy for holding suspected criminals without charging them. Same shit different pile. Yes, Canada's pile doesn't smell that bad as Romania's; but shit is shit.

Well he does actually know him. So there's that.

And can you imagine the infringement on civil right if you were held without any charges being formerly laid in Canada?

That's some pretty corrupt crap right there.
Tate wanted to live in Eastern Europe specifically because he believed it was possible to evade prosecution for sexual assault and human trafficking more easily there than in the UK due to this same corrupt system. He bragged about having moved to a country where he could get away with anything due to it’s lax laws and sketchy justice system.

Well…this is what happens when you find yourself on the wrong end of that system. Tate has no one to blame for his situation but himself.

Sorry…not sorry.

Your characterization is both wrong and irrelevant.

We understand that you disagree with him and dislike him. We understand that you don't like things he says. You have a lot of people on your team. Congrats.

That doesn't make him guilty of trafficking and sexual assault.

Evidence presented in a court of law determines guilt. That hasn't happened yet. This is all very straight-forward.

Stop distorting the process because you don't like the individual involved.

Why do you feel compelled to repeat the same nonsense with every post? Do you feel that threatened by a social media personality? Or is it just the old school pitchfork gang lynching blood lust mentality for the present era? Maybe just jealously and envy? Maybe you feel like it's "karma" and you have to jump on the bandwagon?

His numerous videos out there where he self snitches is your evidence.

Actually, it's not. Story-telling isn't relevant unless the story told is real and illegal.

Being a jerk isn't a crime.
There seems to be whole subset of people out there salivating wanting to bring this guy down for some reason.

Me I'm with Joe Rogan on this one. I'm hoping he's innocent and that there was in fact no victimization involved.

The resentful haters appear to want this all to be true. It could be as you have previously stated. Perhaps their self loathing might be driving them here.

Being a jerk isn't a crime.
Locking up girls in a mansion and telling them they cannot go out anywhere, controlling their life. This is not being a jerk. Its abuse and trafficking.
Making girls scam people and make money and then proceeding to steal the girls money by telling her he is paying taxes. This is not being a jerk. It is abuse, trafficking, pimping and exploitation.
Beating girls who don't obey his commands. This is not being a jerk. It is assault.
Manipulating girls by getting them to date him, and then making them do sex work. This is not being a jerk. This is sex trafficking.
Having multiple illegal passports for countries you do not have citizenship in. This is not being a jerk. This is immigration fraud, forgery and a crime.

And all of this said through his own words in multiple online videos and podcasts. That is not story telling. It is self-snitching.

Whether or not these things are proved in a court of law, it should be enough evidence for any sane, reasonable and honourable man, to disown a scumbag like Tate.

Really? How so?
🤔

Indeed, Sir.

Agreed.

Yes. That was my point. I was agreeing with The Snoracle’s complaint that Tate is not receiving due process in Romania as he is being held in detention without being charged with anything yet. I was thus pointing out what I believed was the obvious irony of Tate’s being persecuted by this corrupt system after moving to Romania specifically because he thought he could get away with sexual offences over there more easily than the UK. He literally bragged about this…there is no dispute about it….just like there is no dispute that it is funny as hell to watch karma working live and in real time.

I don’t think I’ve distorted anything. It all seems pretty straightforward.

You are correct that I don’t like him. I think the reasons are obvious. I don’t understand how you guys can defend him. Do you have any idea how bad this makes you look? If you are an AT disciple then you need to at least have enough self-awareness to know that you should be keeping that to yourself. Being a fanboy for a guy who is under investigation for human trafficking is never a good look.

Except it has been. As I understand the Romanian system, they are allowed to detain the suspect while collecting evidence. Now pretty clearly the system can't work with the prosecution detaining EVERYBODY, just because they hate them. There clearly has to be some legal evidentiary threshold and that threshold has to be presented to a judge and then Po-Taito can appeal, if he doesn't like what the first level judge decided. And the process has to be repeated every 30 days, up to 180 days max.

So he may be acquitted on a "beyond reasonable doubt" standard when the case gets to trial; but in the meantime, the prosecution is meeting an intermediate evidentiary standard every 30 days to hold Tait and his buddies in jail. IDK what that standard is: - maybe "reasonable suspicion" or "probable conviction based on the prosecution's evidence". But there is certainly some evidence present - again unless you consider the Romanian justice system to be hopelessly corrupt.

And if so, Po-Taito should stfu and find the right dude to bribe into dropping the charges and dealing him down to jaywalking or whatever is available there. Because he would be ass-fucked at trial anyway.

Here's your problem. The Romanian court and prosecutor says that there's evidence against him. Maybe not enough to win at trial, but enough to keep him detained. So sounds like he was a coercive pimp. And that's not likeable. In fact, it's off putting.

And yes, he is an asshole. I don't know how you miss that part. And when guys are assholes, they alienate a lot of the public.

Seems to me that the Romanian authorities don’t even have enough evidence to charge him, let alone think about winning a trial. I think only reason why he is being detained is because he’s a foreign National; that is, a major flight risk while the investigation continues. The Romanian authorities fear that the Tate brothers will disappear into some Arab country that doesn’t have extradition to Romania. Tate converting Islam only heightens the flight risk.

They have 180 days to put together a case and their progress is monitored by the judge. So they're probably okay. If they had no evidence, the judge would let Tait out of jail.

And yes, he's a major flight risk and a major risk to intimidate witnesses, as is his brother. And that's a large part of why they're being held without bail.

But when their audience are assholes themselves, they will stick with the guy who gets away doing what they dream of doing.

Andrew Tate's lawyer speaks to Piers Morgan. My feeling is that because of a prior relationship with Piers they feel that they will treated fairly on his show.

I would have hoped The Top G would have made all of these bribes well in advance. 😂 At his local level of law enforcement I suspect he did- but once the Romanians started getting calls from the US Embassy things got beyond the ability of the local cops to hide or suppress.
