It looks like there is some justice. Albeit incomplete. Hopefully he’s removed from the judiciary.

Jewish Tax Court judge barred from presiding over cases involving Muslims, documents show
Wow. You guys are claiming he's biased against Muslims because he's a Jew who supports Israel existing? And you wonder why accusations of anti-semitism get levelled at anti-Israel voices. Can't wait until you start demanding all Jewish judges be barred from cases involving Muslims.

To quote the article,

"Mohammed Fadel, a law professor of the University of Toronto, described the Tax Court's decision as "based on a crude, reductive and dangerous stereotype that pits Muslims against Jews and Jews against Muslims as part of some kind of ancient, irrational feud."

Except for Iranian backed terror groups like Hamas, PIJ, and Hezbollah.
Ah, you mean the native population?
The natives you call 'terrorists'?

They don't have nukes.
They throw stones.

And still you're scared of them.
Why not just end the occupation and apartheid rule?
Give them basic human rights so they don't need to fight back?

You doubling down that Hamas isn't a terrorist group?
Hamas has committed lots of acts of terrorism but since 2014 they have greatly decreased them.
While Israel has greatly increased the amount of 'targeting of civilians' that should be labelled terrorism.

Both commit terrorism, Israel way more now.
Investigate them both and let the ICC figure out who is the bigger terrorist.
You agree, right, because if you think Israel is innocent this would be the best way to prove it.

So you're saying Israel as a whole is a terrorist country? You keep dancing around these questions but never directly said it....this would be your chance to say it....

No, but the Israeli leadership commits more acts that are definable as 'terrorism' than Palestinians by far.
In these debates since 9/11 right wingers have used the word 'terrorism' as a racial term. Where attacks by white supremacists or right wing militia are are not called 'terrorism'. Its more useful to use the term 'war crime', the word 'terrorism' is largely used by right wingers to justify their own war crimes. Bush used the word 'terrorist' to justify attacks on civilian structures and to justify assassinations. I think that's wrong.
Putin keeps using his missiles to target civilians and civilian infrastructure, that fits the term 'terrorism', but do people call him a terrorist or Russia a terrorist country?
For you, rich, if you think Hamas' attacks that target civilians are terrorism why can you not apply the same terms to acts committed by Israel that also target civilians and civilian infrastructure?

The best way forward is to support third party investigations into allegations levelled by respected human rights organizations like Amnesty and HRW.
Investigate both sides and hold them all to the rule of law.

There are no both sides...Israel is a country with a government with obligation to protect it's people. Jews or Muslims (you know they both exist in Israel right?) Hamas is a terrorist group with one sole purpose...they were responsible with copious amount of suicide bombings purposely targeting civilian areas. They carried out executions on Palestinians and Israelis alike...They are your friendly neighborhood terrorists...whether you like it or not.

According to the Geneva Conventions Israel has a legal obligation to protect Palestinians as well, even during an illegal, 50 year +, occupation. Including all Palestinians living in Gaza and the West Bank, and Hamas itself.
For you to say they only have an obligation to protect one race is a form of apartheid.

Where did I say only one race? Now you're only putting words in my mouth...LOL....Israel is protecting it's citizens...not much what Hamas does...making Palestinians human shields....Hamas executed Palestinians for pointing out rocket installations to IDF...I wonder who those rockets are pointed out....again LOL..

Israel is bound by the Geneva Conventions to protect the lives all under its rule, including under occupation. Including all 2.5 million 'stateless refugee' Palestinians, including all of Gaza and Hamas.
That's international law and basic human rights.

What you are suggesting is a war crime, that Israel has no duty to protect the lives of Hamas and Palestinians.

By the way, all human rights investigations have shown that its Israel that repeatedly uses human shields, not Palestinians.

BS...all you do is post Israel hate sites...
Israel protect Palestinians...

Here's your favorite covenant...
'Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.' (Preamble)

Though I know where you are coming from, you are much like this Israeli MP who thinks honouring basic human rights and ending apartheid is an 'existential threat' to Israel.
I say that's how South Africa ended apartheid and sanctions and human rights reports will be how Israel ends apartheid.

Israeli and Palestinians live and co-exist...Hamas is the existential threat to Israel...world leaders condemned their actions time and again...they should listen to you for being wrong about Hamas...

Keep telling yourself that...Gaza has been like that since when? the conflict will never end until Hamas cease to exist...until Palestinians themselves get rid of Hamas...but you wouldn't want that i'm sure...
