He has been suspected in the past and currently of numerous human rights violations and criminal conduct including rape, sexual assault, sex and human trafficking. Police need to obtain a warrant before they arrest someone, and the Romanian court has ordered his detention. The courts have also ordered seizure of his luxury vehicles. All of this is done based on evidence presented to a court per legal processes. Therefore due process has been afforded to him and he will go through a trial as he should.

That said, if someone like this is arrested, and has had numerous past allegations, my view is that he is most likely guilty even if he is acquitted by the courts - courts acquit people not because they are not guilty but because they dont have evidence to prove guilt beyond a shred of reasonable doubt. Thats very different from not guilty.

What are you going on about nazis and Stalin? Its not like a grave injustice has been done to Tate.
