Ceimu al laws are very different from pur own Criminal Code. We are free of search and seizure WITHOUT probable cause. One of the tenets of our Charter rights which should NEVER be violated.

In Romania it seems...the police themselves have detained them while they investigate and have ability to seize property WHILE investigating. Kinda like when you get pulled over on suspcion of some crime..the OPP for example can momentarily detain you and possibly seaech your vehicle.

They have said literally this in the Organized Crime branch of POLICe. NOT the courts. They have held these nrothers WHILE they investigate. Completely backwards from us.

This would not be allowed here as it would be Charter vioations and you can sue the fuck out of Police here of they tried to hold you for 30ndays and seize your vehicles WHILE they investigate IF youre being charged with ANY crime.

Imagine Toronto police holding you for 30 days while they figure out if you shoukd be charged with any crime.

Thats not pre-trial detention. Thats literally being held by Police while they investigate even of any crime was committed!
