You can reduce the peeing by steaming tomatoes for 15 minutes and eating pumpkin seeks. Prostate pills like Super Prostate also have lycopene and zinc in them. I often now find I pee less but longer.Seems the older you get, less hours you need. You're not sleeping in the afternoon, if you are stop..I sometimes wake up because I have to pee, they tell me not to drink after 6 pm.

You might want to check if you have sleep apnea. You could be blocking your airwaves especially if you snore and this causes you to stop breathing for a short time and can wake you up. You can arrange to do an overnight sleep test at most hospitals. I have had it for years and must wear a CPAP mask which covers my nose and mouth which I hate to the point that I usually through it across my bedroom in the middle of night. But edibles last a long time, the next day you're still stonedI eat cannabis edibles late at night...it works for me.
