1 - No. That still won't stop spurned women from charging them with rape...that's called life and it sometimes sucks, even for assholes.....the jury will decide if the evidence supports the hypothesis that the person is a rapist. My opinion is irrelevant in this case, unless I am a juror.....

Once the evidence is presented and the jury deliberates, the person is found either "Guilty" or "Not Guilty". "Not Guilty" DOES NOT mean "Innocent". It means that there was insufficient evidence. The person can still have committed the crime (or not committed the crime) and still be found "Not Guilty". This is the best we have.....

The presumption of innocence is actually the "Null Hypothesis". It does not mean that the person did not commit the crime.
