basically he has a huge following of angry white men. He makes very outlandish things about women, and how basically they are there to serve men. He also shows off his wealth such as his Bugatti. He has a very checkered past and has been in trouble with the law for human sex trafficking, beating his girlfriend, etc. He has been banned from all social media. But Musk reinstated his Twitter account.

2. Even if he had left the country, he flies in his own private jet. Every jet has a call sign which shows where that person is at all times

From what I am hearing, he bragged before that he lived in Romania because it was so easy to bribe the cops.
So does he still have the clout to bribe who he needs, or did the cops decide that he was too embarrassing what with just telling everyone they were corrupt and useless?
And, let's be fair, we don't know if he actually broke the law, do we?
There is a lot of room to be outrageously sleazy that isn't technically illegal in all kinds of countries.
The first reporting on this (before it became a story of "Greta got Tate arrested" or whatever) mentioned a coordinated raid on multiple houses.
So my bet, if there is anything to the "pizza box got him" story, is that they wanted to hit all the houses in the trafficking group simultaneously, but knowing when everyone was in at the same time was hard. The pizza may have just been a confirmation that he had to be in the country and that so were the others and so they could launch the full raid everywhere.
It still might just be a bullshit urban myth and have nothing to do with anything, but at least "they needed to coordinate multiple raids" gives some logic to why it would be helpful.
There is Jalimon's video which alleges that he transported a woman to Romania from the US and then forced her to provided video sex services and that he held other women against their will for the same purpose. If he's been arrested, then I presume that that's an offence under Romanian law. (Although it's a civil law jurisdiction with far fewer protections against arbitrary arrest than in a common law jurisdiction).
Presumably that is the "woke, big-tech, globalist, WEF, feminists" whatever conspiracy that keeps real butch men like him down or something.
I mean, if he is someone using manosphere-adjacent "redpill" kind of language, just calling it "the matrix" fits the theme.

He was detained and investigated in April, it seems, so saying how they are eventually going to make something up about you when you know you are likely to be detained (and brag about how you bribe cops and have lawyers who can get you off for your many felonies) just seems smart to keep your suckers on side.
