I don’t know many police who drive you home after raiding your place. Maybe they do things different over there????
Plenty of people under arrest or detainment will not wear handcuffs if proven cooperative. At least here in the west. Happens all the time.
We still don’t know if they were only detained or arrested yet.
After they were detained/arrested during the raid on their home they were in handcuffs.
But the 2nd video shows them leaving the police station without handcuffs.

The only reason I can see for no cuffs is maybe they were body searched and cops decided they had no weapons
