It's a power play by the Elkann clan to take over the sports wing of their holding company. Did you see what happened to Juventus?
Would not be stunned if they bring Maurizio Arrivabene back into the fold at Ferrari
I'mm sure when he was hired he had to sign a NDA. I would imagine all employees of F1 and professional sports teams do. Especially management and mechanics.
As of now, the surviving members of Exor's sports enterprises (Ferrari - Juventus) Board of Directors are Jon and Ginevra Elkann and Ajay Banga (former CEO of Mastercard).
