Um...I probably didn't mean he gets away with stock manipulation...I probably said, Elon influenced stock movement by just mentioning his name alongside it, or him twitting them...does he invest on those? who knows but his name alone can influence a stock...I have a feeling through some back channel trading, he could be involved...and just like very billionaire who knows how to play the game...we all know the game is rigged. you really think he is dumb?

Most people are good at some things and dumb about others.
"He has lots of money, therefore he is a super genius" is just a really weird thing that some people believe.
As for the stock manipulation - he's been investigated by the SEC more than once. Unfortunately, the US is designed to not prosecute rich people who do white collar crime.
Look at Trump. He should have been aggressively pursued by law enforcement for years but was allowed to slide.
