Maybe Trudeau shouldn't have demonized the unvaccinated with divisive insults and
by creating a two-tier society then with the idiotic vaccine passports? That caused the convoy.
If that's your base, go for it.
You ride that wave of 15% of Canadians who are anti-vaxxers.
You take that gang, enjoy the rise of measles and polio again, and ride that wave to Ottawa.

Yep, you're definitley a Trudeau supporter by calling them antivaxxers. I talked to a lot of people who take the flu shot but didn't get the MRNA shot because it was rushed and the drug companies have liability protection meaning they cannot be sued for negligence. Are they still called antivaxxers if they get all the other vaccines? 🤔

Yeah, they are still anti-vaxxers.
Same as the measles and polio anti-vaxxers that are bringing both of those viruses back.

On twitter today there a ton of anti vaxxer/right winger posts about the emergencies act inquiry.
You should check it out.
That's the PeePee base after all.

I got the vaccine, and all my other vaccines, and I was still against the mandates. To think that it comes down along lines of vaccinated versus unvaccinated shows a belief that humans can't be empathetic to those with differing opinions.
The point is, I made a personal call, weighing all the available data, and decided the benefits of getting the vaccine outweighed the risks of not. I believe in everyone making that call for themselves and their family. To deny them a job because their conclusion doesn't match my own would be abhorrent.

exactly
a personal call

vilifying someone who is concerned about what gets injected into their bloodstream is a step too far

Dayum....Singh lost a third of his support, but Trudeau only picked up half? My guess is that those fleeing Singh hooked up with Trudeau, but that Trudeau has lost some to Poilievre.

if everyone based their choice on ideological divisions, sure
however , the inflation pummeling Canadians huts all but the rich & the rich know how evil the inflation is.

PP is focusing on the cost of living

Meanwhile Jusin Trudeau thinks his inflationary policies can be washed over with a $500 cheque to the lowest income voters
he has completely misread how the middle class is getting overwhelmed by inflation

Jagmeet (Dead meat) Singh will pay the price for doing a deal with the moron Justin Trudeau
I would not be surprised to see the NDP punt Jagmeet before too long

This is exactly where I sit as well. It's a risk/benefit analysis that must be personally considered. This is for the short term and long term.

To have government intervene under the guise of mandates to force compliance is malfeasance of the highest degree.

To use these circumstances to create division in order to win elections is criminal.

Not at all.

During a pandemic it makes way more sense for those risk/benefit analysis to be done by medical professionals and then implemented fairly throughout the community.
We do that with bike helmets, seat belts, not to mention the myriad of other vaccines we are told to take.

Given all the disinformation that spread, and all the 'I did my own research' crowd's thinking, this was a reasonable approach to controlling a pandemic.
That's what the majority of Canadians supported.

Choosing between Trudeau and Poilievre...is like deciding whether you want your arm or leg cut off
