As reported in the receipt they released (and gave Trump) the boxes included a mix of classified material and other things.
In other words, the picture looks like what one would expect from the previous filed documents.

They redacted the affidavit because it contained sensitive and classified information which would endanger national security and also information which would impede ongoing criminal investigations. The second reason is pretty standard in criminal proceedings. All affidavits are redacted pretty much. For instance informants' names are always removed.
