Alberta never subsidized Quebec. If you believe that voodoo economics, Quebec is twice the economy of Alberta, which means its tax dollars were subsidizing the purchase of the Trans Canada pipeline twice as much as Alberta was. Didn't see them paying for their own pipeline. Alberta was certainly built on eastern money though back when they were a have not province that almost went bankrupt. You'd think they'd remember that and not be so cheap when a geographical fluke made them richer than average.

The mayor of Calgary is a woman and shares the concern about harassment of women by sexist, aggressive males and those other sexist males who - for some reason - appear to feel that this is acceptable behaviour, condone it and cheer it on.
