I'll take your word on the 15% but those are pretty good odds or is this a case of not trusting another vaccine?
Any sp concerened about their health and safety should definitely consider the vaccine, and also hobbyists who see girls regularly.
CDC estimates the vaccine is only 85% effective (based on smallpox vaccine data).
No vaccine is 100% effective. A 15% probability of getting it is a whole lot better than 100%.....

And also just because it's not 100% effective at preventing does not mean it does not minimize the effect of the virus. That's always the main point of vaccination. To have your body geared up to fight the real thing in the event you still manage to get it.
It's the difference between getting knocked on your ass for a week or two and just having 2-3 days of congestion / sore throat.
Or the difference between having to be put on a ventilator or having flu like symptoms for a bit.
Only way something gets close to 100% effective is if there's a large enough % of the population that is immunized, like polio for instance. Anti-Vaxxers managed to bring that back from near death...

-stigma
-complications to body unknown long term
-possible infection of loved one (would you want your SO or child to have this?)
-Possible death
-possibly infecting a service provider

Sex industry or not, you can essentially get this almost anywhere outside the sex industry. Just make sure you wipe down machines and weights at the gym, along with door handles.
