Finished watching The Undeclared War. Pretty interesting yet metaphoric way of showing what they are thinking while looking at the code. The ending was pretty abrupt, overall not bad but could be longer to explore on other characters.

Two episodes into Black Bird, a 6 part miniseries on Apple TV. Kind of a serial killer/prison story, with good writing and acting. Ray Liotta has a small part in what may have been his last role, but not central to the story.

So far very good. Can't wait until Friday to watch Episode 4....

O Knight of Ni, didn't know what you meant at first, it looks promising.

Jamie Campbell Bower took an unexpected golden shower from Sadie Sink. Some may see that as a humiliation, for JCB it's an anointment of his new superstar status.

...it's not like she's resembles Phyllis Diller.

The Boys Season 3 was amazing!!!!
Yes, yes it was.

Also finished Star Trek. As usual a few clunkers with several good stories/episodes. A better first season than all others imo.

Started Umbrella Academy, continuing the Orville(this season is the best yet. More serious tone, crisp writing, and some really good storytelling). One episode left of Ms Marvel(the star is great, costars also well cast with down to earth dialogue and writing).

Need to knock off a few more before deep diving into Stranger Things.

Woo to the Young to the Woo
Hope the rest of the episodes stay as consistent as the first 4. There have been soooo many kdramas that start off strong but make a turn towards the ridiculus, that I stop watching. One good sign, there's no serial killer lurking about.

Whatever you do, don't download it from the streaming site Kissasian.li or dramacool.movie
Nope, don't do that or I will make you cut down the tallest tree in the forest with! A Herring!

She reminds me of a Korean Kate Micucci, even the same hair [which I love] from the G&O tv show. Except a bit less adorkable look and much more adorkable moving and awkward.

Also greetings to another Keeb. One of us, One of us! All my friends are fully in the weeb zone, and it makes me sad.

But ah man I feels you brah. That second half slide. Most shows have a great first half, freaken fantastic. Then somewhere in the middle the main couple breaks up or there are some other issue and everything grinds to a halt and you get about 1/4 of the show [4 out of 16 episodes] of dragged out sadness, way too many flashbacks and people just staring off into the distance for what seems like hours. Then usually things pick up in the last 1/4.
I usually avoid Kdramas that focus mostly on love interests, a love interest is fine but not if it's a central story line.
Lately though it seems like every bloody show involves prosecutors of some sort, it is getting tiresome.

The Actress played a character in Stovetop league about a baseball team between seasons, it was pretty good.
Vincenso didn't have much of a second half slide, Home Town Cha Cha Cha, bad name good show. Squid and Happiness [zombies] were good. I miss shows that are not romantic and not about legal stuff. I mean the legal stuff can be good, but viariety ist goot ya.
I did enjoy My Golden Life, the baker sister was cute, it did get brutally sad half way though and draggy but they did it well. However it didn't center around a love interest.

Seems those Koreans can't pace a good romance very well.

I find programme splitting annoying as fuck, ANNOYING AS FUCK.

For example Gommorah, the series, is not available on Netflix Canada but is available on Netflix Europe. The movie was depressing in it's ruthlessness, the series is highly rated. Salvatore Esposito, the star of the series recently appeared in S4 of Fargo. It was a bit of a disconnect as Chris Rock looked like a barracuda to his great white shark.

Whoa HBO Max is carrying the series, yet it's not available in Canada. ...fuckin Rogers.

I love Napolitan but some may find it difficult, I suggest you use subtitles. Don't overdub to English you'll McSeries it.

I watch some CP24, then BNN always record MarketCall for later zip thru the ads viewing, similarly with The HalfTime Report on CNBC.

I'm watching the Tour de France on FloBikes stream. The Alps are nigh and the Pyrenees the following week. Sports pain at its best. I watch most sports except for the leafs, poker and sports talk shows.

The Lazarus Project.

One of those that could be good, but the way it's been put together, written, and filmed kind of takes a lot away from it. It's more humorous than serious. The violence, twists, or bits that might be shocking/interesting, are just presented without much build up. Then there's the camera work. There doesn't seem to any/many establishing shots. It just jumps from scene to scene.

I imagine a serious US version with some budget behind it would be much better.

I give it a 6/10

I've seen Stove Top League and My Golden LIfe, enjoyed them both.
But my top 2 Kdramas or any drama period are My Mister and Misaeng:Incomplete Life. Unlike the usual dramas where something violent/dramatic happens in the first 5 minutes to trick you into watching. These dramas take their time, there's a huge cast, so it takes time to introduce them, but you're patience will be rewarded. Actually the first episodes in both series are the hardest to watch.

I've finished two season of The Umbrella Academy, I've been pleasantly surprised with it. The set up is very much like ST: The Next Generation with one superstar actor (Ellen/Elliot Page) supported by an ensemble of competent actors...oh and Colm Feore who exceptional. Mr. Page makes life very easy on the writers, when it comes to seducing the audience, struggle is an unknown word to him.

As for Stranger Things - like mother like daughter but I doubt Maya Hawke will do Kill Bill Vol.3. Umma had terrible back pains after shooting was completed.

As much as the uncouth woke mob are too stupid to understand Archie Bunker, they want him banned from media. And yet he's alive and well and more popular than ever.

Even more so now that Will Smith has put out his pc pity video.

I am only watching the Woo Young-woo. Whether it’s read straight or flipped, it’s still Woo Young-woo. Kayak, deed, rotator, noon, racecar. Woo Young-woo show currently.
I am tempted to try Bravo My life but I tend to avoid those 60 hour slog fests, but need something to watch.
I am down to Young Sheldon in the western stuff and that's only a second rate BBT, and of course... summer time. Also some Simpsons and Family Guy but old grey mare, she ain't what she used to be.
