Woo to the Young to the Woo
Hope the rest of the episodes stay as consistent as the first 4. There have been soooo many kdramas that start off strong but make a turn towards the ridiculus, that I stop watching. One good sign, there's no serial killer lurking about.
She reminds me of a Korean Kate Micucci, even the same hair [which I love] from the G&O tv show. Except a bit less adorkable look and much more adorkable moving and awkward.
Also greetings to another Keeb. One of us, One of us! All my friends are fully in the weeb zone, and it makes me sad.
But ah man I feels you brah. That second half slide. Most shows have a great first half, freaken fantastic. Then somewhere in the middle the main couple breaks up or there are some other issue and everything grinds to a halt and you get about 1/4 of the show [4 out of 16 episodes] of dragged out sadness, way too many flashbacks and people just staring off into the distance for what seems like hours. Then usually things pick up in the last 1/4.
I usually avoid Kdramas that focus mostly on love interests, a love interest is fine but not if it's a central story line.
Lately though it seems like every bloody show involves prosecutors of some sort, it is getting tiresome.
The Actress played a character in Stovetop league about a baseball team between seasons, it was pretty good.
Vincenso didn't have much of a second half slide, Home Town Cha Cha Cha, bad name good show. Squid and Happiness [zombies] were good. I miss shows that are not romantic and not about legal stuff. I mean the legal stuff can be good, but viariety ist goot ya.
I did enjoy My Golden Life, the baker sister was cute, it did get brutally sad half way though and draggy but they did it well. However it didn't center around a love interest.
Seems those Koreans can't pace a good romance very well.
