Better than believing in G O D.
I'd rather pray to Joe Pesci like George Carlin said.
I do not believe in God. As a humanist I see the
belief of a God being a blatant falsehood that masquerades
as self-evident truth is a cancer of humanity that has to be
excised for civilisation to progress further. That being said
I have my doubts that it is a good thing for America to reject
God too early and too soon. Remember to this day each and
every POTUS has believed in a God. Nearly all of the POTUS
past and present are affiliated with a specific Christian denomination.
The U.S. might indeed have been the only secular nation unified by
one God in history.

I suspect Trump is an atheist, but he's a grifter more.

Trump's intellect among all of the 46 presidents the U.S. has
had is near the low end. Not likely he is the only POTUS in history
wise enough to know there is no God.

George Carlin was too stupid to understand god. Like most people who dismiss the idea.

Einstein believed in god. Let’s see, who would I side with, Einstein or George Carlin? I’m with Einstein on this one.

Einstein might be religious in his own way but his God
is nothing like God of organised religion. His God was one
who did not answer prayer, pass judgement or created human
being with a soul.

keep reading past the first google result
In other words, keep doing "your own research" until you find the answer you desire, facts mean nothing, FICTION RULES!!!!

.

He clarified however that, "I am not an atheist",[4] preferring to call himself an agnostic,[5] or a "religious nonbeliever."[3] Einstein also stated he did not believe in life after death, adding "one life is enough for me."[6] He was closely involved in his lifetime with several humanist groups.[7][8]

Being a pacifist and a positive idealist, Albert Einstein didn't want to accept the existence of Black Holes - even though he knew better.

It was not unreasonable for
Einstein opted to not accept the existence of black holes
because factual evidence of it had yet to be uncovered.
Black dwarf stars also exist theoretically but has yet to be
detected and in all likelihood hasn't come into existence yet.
Nonetheless astrophysicists could accept its eventual existence
with confidence in an era when our knowledge of the scope of
the universe has greatly expanded since Einstein's time when
the Milky Way was the only known galaxy in the universe. And it
is probably true that black holes did not exist in the early stage
of the universe. Einstein made his 'mistake' because he was
ahead of his time.

I don’t think you understand. The fact we can’t put into words what god means to us, doesn’t mean we can’t understand what we believe, individually. I’m saying I’ll never be able to explain god to you.

but let me try…. god is like a river. each person is a drop of 💧 water. is god listening to me and controlling the world? no religious idiots. but in a 0.0000000000000000001 sort of way, yes each person is part of god & we sort of have free will to affect change. however it’s hard to affect change when you’re so small. do we have a soul? yes while we’re experiencing life, after that we dissolve. in the end god is the universe and the FOUR forces of nature, that are probably one force. space is what allows the one force energy fireball to cool, and take all its shapes. puff puff pass
