Yeah, people must have been duped by the sticker shock for gas and food that started months before anyone heard anything about Vladimir Putin's plans. 😁

What I find entertaining is the way Team Biden tries to have it both ways on fossil fuels.

- Biden tells the "climate anxiety" crowd that he's the guy who's putting an end to the supply of fossil fuels.
- He tells independent voters (and others) that cuts to the supply of fossil fuels have nothing to do with his policies.

Even now, Team Biden can't get its story straight.

It just basically shows you how ignorant Americans are. The American president has about as much control over the price of oil or the economy as he does over the weather and the Democrats should take a page out of the Republican handbook and start spinning like crazy to get the word out.

That's the propaganda I'm talking about. The idea that the President has more control over the economy than they really do is useful to both parties as a story and also to the news media because it lets them just write lazy stories about how the President is doing. Real reporting is hard and boring and they don't like to do it. It will take years to unspin that.
