The website doesn't exist. Their Facebook page has been taken down and another, older one is still up but not being used. There is no web presence at all. No Insta. Nothing. It makes getting the word out very difficult.

That's an oddity about not finding staff. Most of the girls from Pigs (that I have spoken to) want to work days but cannot at Barefax because they don't open doors till 4pm. Unless your talking about bar and dj staff?
Either way...this will be moot. Ford is to make an announcement Monday or Tuesday of further restrictions. This will likely mean the closure of indoor establishments...so all clubs will be looking at another period of shutdown. I wonder if this could be the final nail in the coffin for Ottawa clubs...a true pity!
I did mean servers. The new dj sucks...all hip hop all the time. Plus I got my first daytime pat down in over forty years of going there.

Answering my own question - Tuesday to Sunday are 6pm-2am but they open early on Friday (11am-2am) according to a hastily scrawled sign in the window.
Was there last night for a couple of hours. There were more girls than patrons the whole time I was there. Like 6-7 were working. I left shortly after 10 so maybe it gets busy later.

I wish they were open during the day. With the pandemic fading we're slowly going back to the office, but there's nowhere to go now. I suppose I'll have to see what the Playmate is like these days, it's been 20 years since I've been there.

Was there 2 weeks ago, on the Friday and Oh boy, 2 girls and 5 patrons.. met the new manager/DJ , try it out but Pigs & 77 should be ON.
