I see alot of women complain alot about their back pain and how they want a breast reduction, why do women get huge implants if women with huge natural breasts do not want them due to back pain.

The person contemplating the implants has never lived the back pain, and her choice is a function of insecurity and little else. She thinks the new breasts will change both the world's view of her and her own view of the (expected to be) more welcoming world.

It is never a math-like equation in which they objectively assess X, and Y, and DD.

Breast reductions should be illegal. It's criminal

My current SB has humungous tits. But she says that she is getting a reduction in April. I told her that I won't see her any more after that.

If you prefer slim girls, would you be shallow if you were seeing a fit girl as a SB and over a 6 month period she put on over 100lbs (not due to any medical conditions or medications) and as a result she was unappealing to you and you stopped seeing her?

Firstly I'm happy to read that your friends obtained relief. Life is short and happiness is hard to obtain when living with chronic pain.

Secondly, it bemuses me how someone can openly be so unempathetic towards another individuals personal choices in this journey we are all on.

The proper thing thing to do is recognize that a woman's value or how she is defined does not come down to the size of her breasts.
