Really? There is another boarder crossing an hour away from the one that is blocked. They haven't cut off the entire boarder of the country they have simply made it more of an inconvenience.
No different than public sector Garbage workers who block access to a public Dump during a Garbage strike. The law says they have the right to do that even though it endangers the health of people, when rotting Garbage piles up increasing Rat and vermin populations.
It is amazing the hypocrisy that is being demonstrated by our leaders and their supporters.

Garbage pick up workers are not related to the people who man a public dump. When the Garbage drivers go on strike the public dumps are still open.
And the pickup workers block the entrance to the dump to make it impossible for people to drop off their own garbage during a garbage pickup strike.

There was a previous and real trucker protest that the province shut down very quickly.

The Freedumb Convoy and the railway blockades from last summer are perfect examples of "occupation" as opposed to "protest".

It is not a personal issue. In our society we have appointed medical expert to make rules about medical issues.
If they decide that you must be vaccinated to eat in a restaurant, and the government decrees it, that is the rule everybody must follow.
You are free to suggest another form of government.
