I wonder how you you dispose of 2 trucks of butter. Do they wanted the truck or the butter? So many questions.
And it's easy to smuggle, you just melt it down.

For something like butter the thieves probably already have a buyer. Years ago I knew a guy that bought a slab of vacuum packed smoked meat off the street for $20. The slab was maybe 5 kg. He offered to cut me off a chunk, but I refused. I told him that he has no idea of how this meat was kept after it have been heisted and if it even was refrigerated properly or how old it was. The slab of smoked meat went into the dumpster. What is it worth to you not to end up doubled over in the emergency room?
Each truck is worth 200k+, refrigerated trailer is 100k+ each.
