1. Face. It's pretty rare you'll find a girl with a very pretty face and a terrible body.
2. Body. Especially if we're talking a 1 night thing.
3. Personality. This would be closer to 1 in a long term relationship, though.
4. Height. Anywhere between 5ft and 5ft9 is good for me. Shorter than 5 is too weird
and any taller changes up the dynamic too much.

I’d go a pretty face and a great personality…. Pretty eyes and a nice smile trying to fuck your brains out wins every time.

Personality - I've had enough hookups to last a lifetime or three, but even so, personality wins every single time.
Face - Doesn't matter if he can't engage my interest first, but a nice face means more than body type or height.
Body - I've banged and dated a range - to say the least. It doesn't matter. Skill and personality trump this by far.
Height - Also been with short dudes, tall dudes, and everything in between, made no difference.

Just for a bang, face and body. Personality is helpful too, but face and body more important. but a bad personality can turn me off.

For hookups, all that matters is looks - physical attractiveness. This is true for males and females.
First, I'm glad I'm not a bird, cuz in the bird world it's the male who has to have the fancy colorful plumage to "get lucky".
I don't have fancy colorful plumage. When I was younger I was a 6, maybe dressed up to an 8, and had little luck at picking up women for hook-ups. It took an hour or two of my charming personality and sense of humour on a fix-up or blind date for me to get lucky, usually by the third date, if it was gonna happen at all.
For a lot of guys, myself included, and especially when I was younger, the fundamental axiom was "Fussy guys don't get laid"!
I used to go to bars and get rejected or ignored. I thought. "should work on myself more. Especially personality. Cause I didn't think of myself as bad looking. used to hook up once in a blue moon. with 5's and upwards to a couple of 9's Actually a couple of 10's judging from the reaction of people I saw looking at them. . Had other problems. Education. Career. Interesting life. One moment stands out. Saw the tall blonde of my dreams. Went over and chatted to her. She was very polite and brushed me off by saying she had to go. And headed for a 6'4" good looking brute. I realized at 5' 7" I was a shrimp in a bar full of sharks. What was I thinking?

Funny example on a golfing trip years back myself & another guy from our foursome went to the hotel bar every night & had a contest on how many numbers we could get
He’s at least 15 years older, average height, average looks but has as much charm as anyone I’ve ever met. I was in the best shape of my life, 6’4, full head of hair & on the cover of calendar at the gym I worked out at. Long story short his numbers were slightly better than mine. Albeit more 30+ than the demographic I was getting but none the less still some fine ladies.
