Nirvana didn't change shit. They just got really big at the right time - which was inevitable for a band that ripped off the Pixies.

I really hate when people shit on musicians. If you don’t like the Biebs…. Then don’t listen to him. Easy fix. No need to shit on him.
Foreigner. Why or how Ian McDonald could leave a band like King Crimson and become a member of that impersonation of a rock group is beyond my comprehension. If I'm in the car and a station starts playing 'I Want to Know What Love Is', I just give up on the day and go find a place to drink and then bed down for the night.
As a kid in the seventies, we had hobbicraft at De La Salle camp. As well as tye dye shirts, I made a shirt with Led Zepplin written on it. One of the girls in charge of hobbicraft told me it was spelt Led Zeppelin. I said no it was not. She said o.k. She was right. Listened to Zep 2 with my friend all the time. Lousy band in concert from all I have seen online and their Song Remains the Same movie(I did not see them live in concert myself). Agree about Sting. Billy Joel, maybe only two songs are good. Phil Collins maybe only a couple of Genesis songs and solo stuff is horrible except for 1 or 2 songs.

Agree, although if I had to choose, I would take Michael Jackson as better than Bruce.
I prefer Joe Jackson to Elvis Costello, Joe's music was more personal - like Pete Townsend.
I don't hate him...I'm not into the boy band/teen heart throb style of music...I don't follow his career...I don't shit on him...I understand he works hard at his career, made a lot of money...all those listed in this overrated thread are all about the money, good for them I guess.
