The legal decision exonerates Kyle Rittenhouse‘s actions and I predict that in the future more individuals just might emulate it. Going forward, future mobs may have individuals hiding amongst them with conflicting ideas, heavily armed “ Rittenhouse “ typed guys whether the mob is right, wing left wing or anarchist who go against the mob while LE watch. This behaviour clearly had LE support as shown in the video for all to see and now has legal support and surely will be a precedent setting case going forward for better or worse.
Suppose the attack on the White House early this year had a heavily armed guy hiding among the insurgents who was secretly there to protect the “politicians” and “America“ , was attacked and then opened fire killing some of mob while LE stood and watched, them what ? The court decision would have been likely heavily nuanced and different. Identity politics has perverted American courts so that the far right and far left hold much dangerous sway. KR's acquittal was based on a narrow set of legal principles and supporting facts. The average bozo with a gun won't appreciate this and will dumb it down to "I can shoot people I don't like and say it was 'self defending my community from other people or some bullshit like that' and then I won't go to jail and I can be on Tucker Carlson".
LE would stop "killing them" if they stop breaking the law, stop assauting unarmed women, stop having a warrant for their arrest, stop resisting arrest and stop pulling knives/guns on cops. (These are all things that Jacob Blake did prior to getting shot)
There actually ARE photos which suggest that he really IS a racist. There were a set of shots taken when his mom took him out drinking with the Proud Boys and they made white power signs together and he wore a "Free as Fuck" t-shirt. The DA moved to revoke bail and the photos were widely shown on media.
Now let's add it up. What ordinary, community-minded young citizen hangs out with the Proud Boys??..... No one I know. It suggests that he has been indoctrinated with their views and he wants to emulate them. And he was willing to risk having his bail pulled when he was invited to go hang with them.
