The jury has to ask themselves a few questions. First whether being wacked by a skateboard is a significant enough threat to kill your assailant?..... Then whether the Skateboard Guy had any conversation w KR along the lines of "Dude, you killed that guy back there. Don't run away, dude. You need to go to the cops right now."
Because if so, then SD was arguably not a threat of serious injury or death.
Thirdly if KR killed Rosenbaum, whether SD has the legal right to make a citizen's arrest of KR and whether KR fleeing entitled SD to use force to subdue KR?
