Since Springer is pretty much an automatic out with that bum leg, I would move him down to ninth until his leg is good again.
I would then move Gurriel Jr up to 4th and Guerrero behind Bichette.

1-Semien
2-Bichette
3-Guerrero
4-Gurriel
5-Hernandez
6-LHB: Valera, Lamb
7-Dickerson
8- Catcher
9-DH:Springer (he will still be ahead of Semien, Bichette and Guerrero like before once lineup is turned over)

Note: Today's game at 3pm

That's an excellent line up with Yunito hitting the way he is now. He'll break Joe Carter's record of most RBI's in a month.

It's just too bad that a DH has to hit (hypothetically) 9th. The DH should bat in a better slot, but hey, Springer is where he's at.

Time to move lourdes Jr. up in the lineup, he's smoking the ball right now.
IDK. He and Valera are putting a sting in the bottom of the lineup and preventing opposing pitching finding a "soft spot" to coast through. He's doing well batting 7th.

IDK about Springer. He's cold and probably hurt. But you can't move your big-$$$$ guy down to the bottom either.

Charlie Montoyo is a nice guy, and that is his biggest drawback as a manager in my book. Where was he Monday night? He should have gone to the umpire and demanded that the Rays give back the dropped card. Where was he a couple of weeks ago when doofus Orioles manager Brandon Hyde was screaming obscenities at Robbie Ray? Show some fight Charlie. Be more like Pete Walker was today when Borucki was ejected. Show you have the players backs. And perhaps get a little more ticked off when the team loses a heartbreaker, instead of the “oh well, we’ll get them next time” smiley face.

Look on the bright side. After tonight, who do the Yankees play?......

3 with Bosox. 3 with Jays. 3 with TB. Aside from the Astros, those are the 3 best teams in the AL.

Jays have 4 w Twins and 3 w O's.

I think walker did that to show up montoyo. Montoyo is like keefe, not a big league coach. The hr jacket should never be put on by the manager. He has no feel for the game. I question if they bring him back if they flame out the last 10 games, but having a spanish speaking manager may be necessary at this point,

In the entire history of baseball, no other manager has ever shown such poor judgement as to put on THE home run jacket. It's mind blowing.

Thanks for another in long line of uplifting, positive posts from you.

Montoyo is back next season no matter how they finish.

Thats funny, because its true 😂
I am not surprised that you agree with a guy who says that you judge a manager based on whether he puts on a home run jacket or not. You've proven once again how little you know about baseball, among many other things.

Did you get your vaccine yet or are you still afraid?

Well, at least you got Gurriel moved up to 6th from 7th for tonight's game.

Danny Jansen comes up with men on 1st and 3rd twice with only one out. One double play and an infield pop up. So frustrating to watch.

Another useless guy. He may be well liked and decent defensively but he ain't winning no gold glove any time soon. Aside from a decent stretch hitting since coming off the DL, he's been a black hole in the lineup all year long and prior. They didn't miss him when he was injured. I hope he is not with the team next year.
