I don't. And some of the Ivermectin stories are scams, it seems.
At least with the "death stories", some of the people are previously well known. But others could be total bullshit.

I'd love to hear about a treatment like most would but one that is valid, tested and actually works.

Why would you take a vaccine that hundreds of millions have taken when you could use horse dewormer, hyrdroxchloroquine, disinfectant or silver?

Hell, Ivermectin is still under study even though it isn't promising.
I doubt very much we are going to see a magic bullet treatment.
Something that is prophylactic would be great (if you think you have a contact, take it before symptoms show up) and something that is easy to take upon first sign of symptoms would be great.
The problem is I expect most in either category would not likely be over the counter oral or other wise simple to take, which is what people really want.
