Looking forward to Dune.
Only if its in a trilogy, the book is too dense for one film. That's the problem David Lynch ran into back in 1983.

In other news, considering the mayhem Mickey Donovan left in his wake, there had to be closure to the popular show. We're getting it!

Gareth Evans/Tom Hardy

Venom 2, got a test screening in London, getting a standing ovation. He's already been working on his next film called Havoc, directed by Gareth Evans who best known for The Raid films. The film co-stars Jessie Mai Li who will be seen in the upcoming Last Night in Soho.

Havoc will have a much bigger budget than what Gareth Evans has worked with in the past. Also in the film are Timothy Oliphant (Justified) and the great Forest Whitaker (Ghost Dog).

Tom wrote the story for Venom 2.

Venom 2: Let There be Carnage was presented at TIFF.

The lads gave an interview. Are my eyes deceiving me or is Tommy Boy starting to look like Conor McGregor?

Happy Birthday Tom.

I've booked my ticket to stream Edgar Wright's psycho-thriller Last Night in Soho making it's premiere at TIFF. Dune, also makes it's premiere at TIFF, haven't made up my mind if I want to pay the extra shekels to watch it. I'm encouraged that Denis Villeneuve is presenting it in two parts...not sure if he filmed it complete. He may have, Dave Bautista and Jason Mamoa are already in other projects.

Timothee Chalamet has it going on.

He's in Dune and Wes Anderson's latest The French Dispatch.

I'll most likely go when the Vaccine Passport start, will feel more comfortable sitting in a theatre with strangers breathing same air for at least 2 hours.

When I went to see Free Guy, I had dinner at a water hole near The Colossus. My waitress had exceptional mammalian protuberances, true wonders of biology! I managed to keep eye contact with her, I figured she would appreciate it and give me good service. She was very attentive, I left her a generous tip. See what you miss by not going to the theater.

A line from a Columbo film, "I don't care how talented they are, any two schleppers will do".

I love Villanelle especially when she busts Konstantin's balls. Jodie Comer has become hot property, Ridley Scott's latest.

Based on a true story, which takes place in the aftermath of the execution of Joan of Arc.

It's two films. (But only if the first film makes enough money to justify making the second one.)

After taking DA BOMB, I have much greater respect for Margot Robbie

A scene from Bombshell, John Lithgow plays Roger Ailes in a fat suit.

Guillermo Del Toro's latest is a Film Noir. A remake of the 1947 film Nightmare Alley. Film Noir is a difficult format, only the most talented directors attempt it.

Filmed in Buffalo.

Jonathan Banks would have been perfect for Del Toro's film, the role went to Willem Dafoe.
