I didnt say anything about lower payed workers being payed improperly, I said paying lower payed workers wages too much would lead to an imbalance in most small business's payrolls, which they wouldnt be able to overcome in the businesses they compete with

Nothing to get into an uproar about either way. The company has just 100 employees. Few businesses have such assured future income streams. If he tried to do anything similar as the owner of a pizza parlor or a roofing company it would be a different story. Highly inspirational, though...
