I was under the impression that the Quebec covid rules are such that you must stay 1 metre away from people not living with you, though it's hard to tell from looking at the provincial website as they don't have a specific rule section for strip clubs unlike the Ontario website. I was there during the day last week. I didn't go for any dances, but it looked like business as usual to me.
I was there yesterday afternoon and there were no restrictions. I mean NO restrictions. One girl was curious and wend down for a look, starting sucking before I could tell her to stop. Another had been up all night, was on speed to stay awake, and did a bump off my thigh just to keep going.

Not sure why that would be. They will accept the Ontario vaccine certificate and I, for one, would feel much better knowing that my fellow customers were also all double dosed. Now we have to get the government to mandate the same rules for staff and dancers

I am not sure a vaccine passport is required for out-of-province visitors. I understand they will accept a vaccine receipt (print or on digital form on phone) plus Govt-issued photo ID such as Driver's License.
Quebec and Ontario will basically have the same rules. Strip Clubs are non essential so you'll have to show your vaccine passport in both Ontario and Quebec. Quebec just happened to do it first. From my understanding you just show your slip from the second jab and they'll except it in Quebec.
