Was there yesterday around 5:00 PM. Waited for service at a table for 22.00 minutes. As I was leaving a dancer said I should have gone to the bar. I think the prices charged should include delivery. Am I wrong or just out of touch.

That’s the dead period between dancer shifts. Anything after 4pm go to the bar.
