Close to home, I attended a house party in Kleinburg.

The cops served notice that no celebrations could take place on Weston Rd, so I took the long way home from Teston Rd. This was nothing it was absolutely packed when the sun went down.

...they replaced the legendary Woodbrige Inn with a condo.

St Clair West is now mainly Latino and still great fun. I hate that the Salsa Festival has had to go virtual for the second year in a row. It was on heavy promotion on TLN.

I passed by Woodbridge Av Monday morning, I was surprised by how clean it was. If that had been English fans, there would be piss, puke and teeth everywhere.

I don't think so at all. It was a deliberate foul, but it was far from the box and not a goal scoring opportunity. That is a yellow card.

I think Chiellini took him down in such dramatic fashion, not to prevent a goal, but to show him who was the boss.
It can be as far away from the box, but if he was the last player and picking up the pace, then I have seen red cards issued in those instances.
Also, the manner in which Chiellini dragged him and threw him to the ground, there again even when a play is stopped and you see such an incident, referee's have issue red cards for it.

When a foul of that nature happens outside the box, it's up the the referee discretion. There was no intent to injure on Chiellini's part, a red card would have been harsh. Unlike Jordan Pickford's scissor tackle on Virgil van Dijk, that's an automatic red card and a penalty kick in Italy. I read the petition and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the part about England's black players being treated like slaves...someone is over-compensating.

As for the transfer market, the EPL have all the money. It may be just for show, Damsgaard and Locatelli have said they don't want to leave Italy.

Again if Chiellini did it just outside the box and there were no other defenders rushing to cover or in the vicinity to offer a tackle on Saka then that is a definite red card.

You just made my point, Saka was nowhere near the box when the foul occurred, nor did Giorgio whip him to the ground. Again it's at the discretion of the ref.

Rabona TV is YT authority on football finance. Covid - 19 has hurt a number of clubs, the reason why they wanted a Super League. Transfers and salaries are way out of whack. So Ed Woodward is the Glazer's Richard Peddie.

Agree that had it been closer to the box it would've been a red. But on the sideline of midfield, yellow was a good call.
My initial reaction was, smart mf'n play. Chiellini knew it was a yellow card coming. A good foul to give, nothing nasty.
Experience and awareness.

If Chiellini had wanted to hurt Saka, he could have whipped him to the ground by the collar, that not his style.

He's a very learned man who has an MBA in business and speaks several languages.

Well this is the only reason why it should NOT have been a red card:

Chiellini was a rough SOB when he was younger. He has developed.

Giorgio has always been a genuine tough guy, you have to be with a schnazolla like his. He's never been an asshole, he's never pinched another player's nipple.

You saw him smiling and joking a lot during EURO 2020. You did not see that in 2004.

Chiellini didn't start playing for the Azzurri until 2009, don't know what happened in 2004. When Buffon was Il Capitan, he was smiley, touchey, feely, Giorgio keeping up the tradition.

Kiricocho, didn't know Giorgio was into frothy coconut drinks.

He made his international debut for Italy in 2004.

Kiricocho is the curse Chiellini put on Saka before he took the penalty.

Apparently Brits are boycotting Italian restaurants which is bullshit.

In other news Donnarumma is going to PSG and Giroud is going to Milan,.
