Actually, I think there was no act about cabbage rolls and coffee to be performed.
Vilve Yatchky provided cabbage rolls and coffee for the Happy Wanderers show, starring the Shmengies. They always thanked her for doing so and she never appeared.

That was a one-off live special that they did. I do not believe that this particularly named polka was ever performed on the SCTV show.
BTW, that might have been the marquee of the Roxy or maybe Danforth Music Hall. I was there when they recorded part of The Last Polka.
