Those two vaccines have different ways of providing protection so I wouldn’t mix them. Pfizer and Moderna should be fine. They don't get you the shot in your buhtuk nor do they give you a bax of chocolates
Serious answer. They are doing studies on this right now.
Even there it is a bit sketchy. Theoretically, any of them could be mix and matched in terms that a second challenge tends to boost the response. It just wouldn't be the most efficient way to do it and there is no real data. Those two vaccines have different ways of providing protection so I wouldn’t mix them. Pfizer and Moderna should be fine.
There is way more P & M than there is AZ so no need toIn Canada that may be the only option for most people.
Perhaps the mix of vaccines will create another nasty variant that will be known as the Canadian Variant.
There is if you got AZ.There is way more P & M than there is AZ so no need to
Mix types
We all want to be back pooning as soon as possible, but I would refrain from taking Dr TeeJay's advice. These vaccines are still very new and are different in almost every way (composition, ingredients, storage) and shouldn't be messed around with. For those who actually want to get vaccinated
Doubling down is an easy way to get your 2 doses but government hates you for gaming the system (oh no the big fat cherry cheesecake monster is coming to get you!)
Go to a local pharmacy get your 1st dose (usually Astra)
Go home sign up online through ON health for your second "1st dose" (usually Pfizer or Moderna)
Because most of you have a 1 month wait its an easy way to get your 2 doses ahead of the crowd
Website says you shouldn't do this but noone cares what they say anymore these days
Only a foolish dumbass would follow your work around and risk their well-being by doing something that is not scientifically tested and approved. For those who actually want to get vaccinated

I would advise against taking vaccine at allWe all want to be back pooning as soon as possible, but I would refrain from taking Dr TeeJay's advice. These vaccines are still very new and are different in almost every way (composition, ingredients, storage) and shouldn't be messed around with.
They have publicly stated multiple times that people should not shop around and mixing and matching different doses is in no way a bad thingOnly a foolish dumbass would follow your work around and risk their well-being by doing something that is not scientifically tested and approved.
You are so delusional and cannot read if your life depended on it!I would advise against taking vaccine at all
Even Health Canada has basically said they do NOT prevent illness (they only lessen how severe your sickness is)
The strategy is for those who really want / need vaccine and want to get 2 doses sooner than scheduled
You're a foolThey have publicly stated multiple times that people should not shop around and mixing and matching different doses is in no way a bad thing
But yeah Dr Squeezer thinks its bad to mix doses lol
University of Oxford has a detailed study on effects of mixing and matching and which order of brands is more efficient / less efficient

Makes sense. Among my friends and coworkers there's still a reluctance to get the AZ shot when P & M are available or will be available in a matter of days. Although 1.5 million doses will hardly make a dent in India. The Yanks however can make a real difference with their 60 million unused and expiring AZ doses.Heard Canada is thinking to send the AZ back to India, or at least suspend delivery of AZ to Canada and donate our 1.5 Million Doses back to them. Their need for AZ outweighs our need for it if M and Pf will be sending more and more to us.
