Why is it unfortunate that some people might die from the vaccine and they would have died anyway (but the govt still pushes it).

When you look at 96 million people some might die or died anyway FROM COVID and THAT isnt an acceptable idea to you???!!!

Your graph still shows cancer as a higher rate of death and nobody, even govt, seems to bat an eye lash at that statistic or at least make a cure in less than a year like they did with the covid vaccine?

Im sure many would rather line up for an experimental cancer cure of 94% versus watching govts around the world find a cure for a flu virus???
Maybe they will have their chance.

Daddy must have cut his douchebag son off because he's begging for free food from restaurants during a lockdown! What a complete douchebag POS!

TJ, DOGGYORG, MRKNOWITALL, SEAGERBUZZ,DREWSTAR are you not going to explain what is going on with your douchebag mentor???

No food for you, Chris Sky: Controversial anti-masking activist turned away by Sault eatery

POS and friends stated leaving bad reviews on websites because restaurant wouldn't give them free food.

"Chris Sky’s band of misfits are leaving bad reviews for my (business) because I refused him free food," she wrote. "How does that sound for someone who says they’re an advocate for small business?!"
Can't wait till he tries to enter Quebec. Oh, but wait, apparently the cross Canada freedom tour had its last stop on Tuesday in Thunder Bay, maybe he didn't want to try to get by the QPP since he has no valid reason to enter Quebec?

They let Chris Douchbag back into Ontario because he is from here but his passenger was not allowed.

Douchebag- that's ok he will take the ticket and walk to the other side".

Officer - he will be arrested! ...

pussy passengers decided to turn back with a carload of fellow dumbasses behind them who were turned back with their tails between their legs.

If Chris Douchbag does any public speaking he will be arrested and jailed under his new charges and it is beautiful thing.

If they would have died imminently anyway, then how can anyone argue the vaccine killed them?

The governments all over the earth in every nation push for vaccinations because they're saving the world. Do you not want the world to be saved?

When you look at 96 million people some might die or died anyway FROM COVID and THAT isnt an acceptable idea to you???!!!
Many more would have died from covid19 if no one was vaccinated than from vaccinations if everyone is vaccinated. Do you prefer many more to die or just a few?

How many decades and billions of dollars have been spent and how many hundreds of researchers have worked countless hours seeking out cures & remedies for cancer? Surely some progress has been made. But cancer is in many cases caused by lousy human behaviors that individual persons choose to engage in, so is preventable:

"Over 100 types of cancers affect humans.[8]

Tobacco use is the cause of about 22% of cancer deaths.[2] Another 10% are due to obesity, poor diet, lack of physical activity or excessive drinking of alcohol.[2][9][10] Other factors include certain infections, exposure to ionizing radiation, and environmental pollutants.[3] In the developing world, 15% of cancers are due to infections such as Helicobacter pylori, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, human papillomavirus infection, Epstein–Barr virus and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).[2] These factors act, at least partly, by changing the genes of a cell.[11] Typically, many genetic changes are required before cancer develops.[11] Approximately 5–10% of cancers are due to inherited genetic defects.[12]"

"... The risk of developing certain cancers can be reduced by not smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, limiting alcohol intake, eating plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains, vaccination against certain infectious diseases, limiting consumption of processed meat and red meat, and limiting exposure to direct sunlight.[14][15] Early detection through screening is useful for cervical and colorectal cancer.[16] The benefits of screening in breast cancer are controversial.[16][17] Cancer is often treated with some combination of radiation therapy, surgery, chemotherapy and targeted therapy.[2][4] "

"... Vaccines have been developed that prevent infection by some carcinogenic viruses.[147] Human papillomavirus vaccine (Gardasil and Cervarix) decrease the risk of developing cervical cancer.[147] The hepatitis B vaccine prevents infection with hepatitis B virus and thus decreases the risk of liver cancer.[147] The administration of human papillomavirus and hepatitis B vaccinations is recommended where resources allow.[148] "

"Cancer is a Preventable Disease that Requires Major Lifestyle Changes

" This year, more than 1 million Americans and more than 10 million people worldwide are expected to be diagnosed with cancer, a disease commonly believed to be preventable. Only 5–10% of all cancer cases can be attributed to genetic defects, whereas the remaining 90–95% have their roots in the environment and lifestyle. The lifestyle factors include cigarette smoking, diet (fried foods, red meat), alcohol, sun exposure, environmental pollutants, infections, stress, obesity, and physical inactivity. The evidence indicates that of all cancer-related deaths, almost 25–30% are due to tobacco, as many as 30–35% are linked to diet, about 15–20% are due to infections, and the remaining percentage are due to other factors like radiation, stress, physical activity, environmental pollutants etc. Therefore, cancer prevention requires smoking cessation, increased ingestion of fruits and vegetables, moderate use of alcohol, caloric restriction, exercise, avoidance of direct exposure to sunlight, minimal meat consumption, use of whole grains, use of vaccinations, and regular check-ups.

If people were going to die anyway, why cant we let covid runs its course in an open no restriction country???

Texas and Florida are proving to be great examples!

And Covid is as preventable as cancer. Whats your point?

Dont you think if cancer is preventable that the flu (Covid) is just as preventable?? Or does that logic not exist in your world of fear and panic?

Why "cant we let covid runs its course in an open no restriction country?" Because more people would die.

There are two separate topics here:

1} People who were vaccinated & died soon afterwards, who would have died soon afterwards anyway even if they didn't get the vaccination.

2) What would happen if we opened the country with no restrictions.

In case #2 above many more would die because covid19 would infect many more people.

And Covid is as preventable as cancer. Whats your point?
If getting cancer is often because of poor individual decisions, then you can't put all the blame on others (e,g. government) for not finding a cure. Assuming a cure for over 100 different types of cancer is even possible.

Preventing covid depends more upon what others do because it is a communicable disease. Cancer isn't.

If i'm surrounded by many covidiots, how am i going to avoid getting covid? Lock myself inside for the rest of my life? Why should i have to do that?

OTOH with cancer prevention it is more up to the individual to prevent it - such as don't drink, don't live off of fast food, etc - & not dependent on what others do. Others can get drunk & stuff themselves with Big Macs every day & it will not harm me as far as cancer is concerned.

Cancer is not a communicable disease that can be spread to you from others. Covid is easily spread to others.

Considering how many people claim lockdowns don't work, I wonder if there are people who think Covid is like cancer or heart disease.
I mean the only way the idea that lockdowns don't work is if you reject the idea that Covid spreads from person to person.

More people dont die in Texas or Florida or other open states.

Our numbers are based mostly on modelling. its not an EXACT figure.

Nobody knows for sure what would happen if things never closed. For all we know, covid could be long gone if we did? Maybe not?

One thing for sure is that its been a year and we're nowhere near a recovery even with many lockdowns and restrictions.

Its time to change up the game plan and OPEN UP!

Of course we could. How many people do you want dead? What's an acceptable number?

Texas and Florida are proving to be great examples!
They haven't let it run free though. They have had various levels of mitigation procedures. And, in the end, they are right in the middle of the pack overall for death rate. (Slightly worse than the middle, 4th worst tier of 6.)

So much bullshit people will believe. What happened is he contracted covid before the antibodies developed to protect him. Most likely had covid before getting the vaccine. He died of covid, the cause of death is not the vaccine. You still have to wear a mask and physical distance after your first shot it takes time for antibodies to develop. If you contracted covid before getting the vaccine, the vaccine isn't going to help.

False.

Sweden was more open than its Nordic neighbours & had way more deaths with a smaller combined population.

IOW being more open = a colossal failure.

Nobody knows for sure what would happen if things never closed. For all we know, covid could be long gone if we did? Maybe not?
Dream on.

Acting foolishly in opposition to science, evidence & experts to fulfill one's selfish wants is a poor choice.

Why don't you try that with sex & see what happens if you have condomless sex with low track HIV infected crack whores.

One thing for sure is that its been a year and we're nowhere near a recovery even with many lockdowns and restrictions.
Blah. Over 30% of Canadians have been vaccinated. Will it reach 70% in a few months?
