Canadians must also quarantine.

"Whether Canadians return by land or air, if they are not essential workers or otherwise exempt, under federal guidelines, they must quarantine for 14 days, with air travellers spending the first three days at a hotel until they get the result of a COVID-19 test. Land travellers must go directly to their quarantine destination after crossing the border."

Well, here is the report from my family member, who lives in Brampton, for this weekend.

On their street, which contains 18 houses including theirs, a full 15 of those houses had visitors over on Saturday. That means on a random street in their area, 83% of households are ignoring the rules. And people wonder why Brampton has such high Covid numbers.
But, but Brampton East MPP Gurratan Singh says its all our fault, not the good residents of Brampton.

NDP MPP Gurratan Singh, who represents the riding of Brampton East, said his home city is “in a crisis right now.”

“We have some of the highest positivity rates in the entire province, and people are getting sick in really high numbers, and people are dying from the virus,” Singh said. “The reality is that Brampton right now is not being provided with the support we need to fight COVID-19.”

What I hear from the members (with the possible exception of one) is that there are two reasons for the high positivity rate in Brampton (no need to mention race/ethnicity).
1) Working in close quarters in meat plant, Amazon, etc.
2) Reckless behaviour in their private lives

This MPP is an idiot. Typical politician. Blaming other people for the problems. Have tougher law if anyone breaks the law. I have seen 3 or 4 families living in one household.

I had to run a personal errand on the weekend. I passed by a Wal-Mart (no need to say which one) and didn't see a lineup outside. Good, I can pop in and pick up some milk. As soon as I entered inside, there were so many people (no need to mention race/ethnicity) elbow to elbow.

Absolutely, no physical distancing.

Just some follow up info to this.
For the three houses on their street that didn't have visitors over last Saturday, one is owned by a Black Family, one is owned by an east Asian Family, and the last is my Family member's house.
The rest of the houses on the street are owned by.........Guess who?
