He right though. You are wrong. There is no “settlements” in divorce. There is division of the assets, child support and maybe spousal support. Regardless of reason for the divorce. If one party is found to be violently abuse, there is still no settlement and the victim could end up paying spousal support to the abuser depending on the family income dynamic of the household.

This is not something new, but the recording and posting is nonsensical as the stakes are very high and the current times very precarious. This posting seems not so much like a stripper but more like a botched “outcall”. That the lady allowed recording is curious too.

Ladies - this is why you don’t allow video recording. You never know what the person recording is going to do with that. She is now out there. Forever! She will never be able to escape this.
Now if she is in this for life and out to family and friends, ok but you never know if you are in it for life until life is finished.
