I can see the Leafs not resigning Anderson and protecting Campbell in the expansion draft.
Jack Campbell 10-0-0 a shared record with Price for 10 straight wins starting the season ! You could tell his teammates really love him and play hard for him to get the record. Matthews is showing that he wants to be considered one of the best two way players with the way he’s been playing. Hyman scored the winner and had a big block with seconds left.
Another solid outing - what a great story for JC36. Keep it going buds. I must say though I do miss seeing the other teams - its kinda getting a little too much seeing the same teams.
I love it. I hope the NHL keeps the same format next year. I know they won't because every NHL player should be vaccinated by then.
With the top four teams in the north division already evident the remainder of the regular season is looking completely meaningless and that’s pretty boring.
It’s hard to see that it really matters which position the four finish in.
Willie will be away from the team for at least 7 more days because of possible Covid exposure.
Is okay for depth and playoff experience at not much cost.
But now if they could only add a Nick Foligno....
Strictly a move to create more cap space. Nash is out 5 more weeks with a knee sprain so his $2.75 million comes off the cap.

We have been needing a centreman who can play shorthanded situations, perhaps that's the reason they acquired him? No cost to us really.
I think the Leafs need to obtain a right shot d man and some muscle at the deadline.
