Szwed is a smoke show. They never found her a proper role so they parted ways. She totally could have hosted Sportsnet Central but gave that dog Danielle Michaud the plum job. Michaud does know her sports though.

Stupid move by Rogers letting Caroline Szwed go, you don't see Mediaset letting Kylie Flavell go.

She's currently working as an associate editor for the CBC, you can see her on CBC Gem. If there is a Tokyo Olympics, the National Broadcaster will send her there.

I don't believe it's about the money for Ms Swzed at this time, it's about the work. Don't forget Ali Chiasson did three years at CBC New Brunswick before she got to be the beat reporter for CBC Toronto. And if it wasn't for the crippling injury, Caroline would still be playing soccer. Her problem is she's was too lithe for soccer. Ali is built sturdier, if she had chosen to play soccer, she'd still be playing.
