You don't need a rigger for sleeve ties. You only really need a rigger for suspension work. (I guess I am being a stickler about what "rigger" means in this circumstance.)

You would be suprised but alot of SP and MPAs are into anime cosplay now
May take awhile to find them but they are there
I have yet to go to a anime convention well because of the pandemic and also i wasnt into the genre till about a year and a half ago. Now i cant get enough and wanna watch/wear as many characters as i can. I also find anime cosplay a nice way for one to express themselves.

Also if you wanted you could just make outfit cosplay requests to an SP/MPA you wanna see and im sure they would love to help out
I personally dont know much regarding asian shops other then the crap ton of bait and switches happening
Also cosplay is fun
but for a female to cosplay she has to really know which character outfit would work best with her body shape.
